Date and Location: December 7 and 8, 2024, at the Rubén Rodríguez Coliseum in Bayamón.

Event Overview:

After almost ten years, Arcadia: Battle Royale makes its long-awaited return. Organized by the well-respected gaming media outlet "Yo soy un Gamer," this event aims to provide a distinctive experience for video game aficionados.

Event Concept:

Arcadia: Battle Royale focuses on the competitive essence of gaming culture. Each participant will engage in a simulated battle royale environment, where various exhibitors will host competition stations. Players will accumulate Tokens and XP (experience points) by completing different challenges throughout the event. Doors will open to the public at 10 AM, with competition concluding at 6 PM. Attendees can exchange tokens for chances in exciting raffles later in the day, while the top twelve players with the highest XP will compete in The Grand Final at 7 PM, streamed live on "Yo soy un Gamer" channels across Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook. The victorious competitors will be awarded the prestigious Arcadia’s Royal Loot.

Event Preparation:

Beginning in August 2024, participants can download the official event companion app on iOS. This app will facilitate ticket purchases and enable access to special missions that offer token rewards for use at the event. The games featured at the competition stations will be chosen via social media polls, ensuring that the content resonates with the interests of attendees.
